We were hired in September, 2005 to provide financial advisory services to this privately held manufacturer of distinctive floral arrangements and other decorative items. Our principal task originally was to work with corporate personnel on bank matters involving a credit facility restructure mandated by bank-merger related changes in portfolio management criteria. Ultimately, our mandate expanded to the preparation of forecasting models and advising on inventory management matters and business unit profitability assessment.
We continue to serve this client at the present time.
