Peter Colmer individually and Finley, Colmer and Company were hired in May, 2005 by Hunjan to provide executive management post-petition to this manufacturer of molded plastic automotive parts. In addition to providing oversight of daily operations, we executed a bankruptcy strategy designed to quickly place the assets of the estate in the hands of a strategic purchaser, so as to preserve jobs in the Anniston, Alabama community and assure continuity of product supply to the Company's customer base.
We completed the sale of the majority of Hunjan's operating assets in less than ten weeks from the date of filing.
